Obtaining landlord approval is a vital part of the permitting process. In order to obtain city or township approvals for properties leased by our customers, landlord-approved drawings and the landlord's signature on the permit application are often required. Service Select researches landlord criteria and works with landlords to obtain approval for customer-preferred signage.
Service Select's permit expediting staff is extremely knowledgeable about many of the prevailing sign ordinances and electrical codes in states, cities, and townships nationwide—as well as federal, municipal, and independent guidelines and regulations—which enables us to cut through much of the red tape associated with permit acquisition. Code allowance research prior to permit application is an invaluable tool in aiding the customer in the critical design and planning phase.
